Above and freaking beyond expectations. Transparent in communication and feedback. They provided clarity the whole way through. I was rear ended on 3/23/26 by a Range Rover on the freeway. Geico picked up the claim from the responsible party. Class N Color had availability to work on the car that weekend, 3/28/26 so I aggreed to go w/ them. The work was completed 4/3/26. It felt like going to my uncle Tom's shop back in Texas. Family owned shop which I absolutely admire. They replaced the bumper and trunk and even gave the car a lil love snapping in the front bumper that had nothing to do with the accident and cleaned it up well. I'm beyond grateful.
