Every aspect of my interaction with Allen Tillery Auto was outstanding. The staff was efficient, friendly, answered all my questions and keep me well informed at every step of the process. Since I had just had a wreck when I first came, I was a bit rattled. Beth and the man (don't recall his name) who did my collision inspection were so competent and encouraging, I left feeling much better knowing everything was going to be OK and my car was in good hands. I was far from home and didn't have a clue about Allen Tillery. My USAA claims agent gave me two options and a local friend told me she'd had a good experience there with her car. Sometimes, in an instant, our lives get diverted from our expected path. I would never have chosen to have a wreck that day, but I'm sure glad that my path ended up at Allen Tillery Auto! Thanks
