I was inconvenienced by the repair taking 27 days. When I picked up the car today I was disappointed to see the gap between the hood and the front clip was not consistent. Likewise, the panel gap between the front passenger fender and hood were also not as original.

The repair was not completed in a timely manner(27 days) with the final result not meeting my expectations. The panel gaps are not consistent and the hood has to be slammed to close. These were not the conditions prior to the accident.

Ken friendly and professional on top of everything from the moment I came into the shop to the day I picked up my car. Was helpful with coordinating with enterprise on a pickup and drop off of my temp rental. Absolutely would recommend Alpha and Omega to anyone I know that would need collision work done on their vehicle.

The repair work looks good. Disappointed that the inside of the car is coated in a white dust. Inside of driver’s door is also very dirty with a white residue. Hopefully, these will clean off.
