Corey was very honest and up front from the outset, clearly explained things, how State Farm works, OEM and CAPA parts, the process, how He heard a subtle and low sound during his test drive, later found out when a UniBody is reset, restructured, pins reattached, alignment, is common, had a thorough inspection done at Shade Tree Auto Layton Utah and my mechanic confirmed that the body work was of high quality, my Countryman S is perfectly safe, work done by Alpine solid, all resetting, reattachments solid, no need to return to Alpine for additional work…

The team handled my car beautifully, when a part that came in looked awful, they said "that is unacceptable" and ordered a BRAND NEW part. Every time I called (each time was a different person) they handled my anxiety and slight obsession with my car with ease and care.
