I was totally satisfied, with the bodywork that was done on my 2013 Altima I did think they were going to have to replace my bumper, they assured me that I wouldn’t notice any damage, and it would look just like new when they were done with it, and I must say they did a great job, they also did it the bodywork in a timely matter, I was greeted at the front desk, and treated very well, great customer service, I would definitely recommend Alpine body shop to my friends and family

More timely follow up is all that I missed, they’re very helpful but I had to call to see where they were on eta for repairs when I didn’t hear from them when they said it would be delivered but no one checked in to confirm it was going to be delayed
