Many problems...I am experiencing electrical problems even now. Would like to have Al's fix it, but afraid of the time issue. During the fix my had additional work that needed to be done and I was told a workman had a heart attack and I learned they couldn't even start the repairs for good deal of time while other jobs were being finished. At checkout time an additional $500.00 was added to my bill for insurance purposes, which was deducted after I protested.

Barb was great to work with and did everything she could to get my truck in the shop and fixed in a timely manner. As far as repairs go, I think everything looked really good. Only thing I noticed was the right tow hook is not as straight as the left side. Assuming it is still a little bent.

Again Barb was great to work with. Gave me all the information and actually started the claim for me as I was unsure how that all worked with going through the other person insurance for a non fault accident.
