Phone calls were never returned. Was told one week. It took 3 weeks. Was told parts would be ordered before dropping truck off. 3 days after dropping truck off the parts were ordered.

The service at the collision center was great. Other than the time it took order parts for the vehicle. There was around a two week gap where there was no communication with me and the center regarding the repairs and stuff. But once they actually got the car in, it was fast. And the car looks brand new.
