Couldn't have asked for a smoother process, starting and ending with Laura and her explanations. The text updates were very much appreciated and made me feel included. To the body shop personnel - your skills are unsurpassed; my buggy is as beautiful as the day I bought her. Last but not last, to the gentleman that transported me back and forth to my home and cleaned up my buggy, his courtesy and humor was the icing on the cake. Other than the insurance company, this went off without a hitch. For me, Altoona Auto Body operates like a well oiled machine with their customer as the priority. A lot of companies say that, but for Altoona Auto Body, the proof is in their actions. So glad I chose you all to make me whole!!
