The repairs were suberb! The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the center ashtray console was closed shut. I have aftermarket stereo components and they were possibly damaged. I admit, I did not inform the staff to leave it open, but I had no idea the ashtray had to be closed to repair damage on the rear end of the vehicle. Further more, considerable force would have to have been used to get the ashtray shut and it should have been apparent that it needed to stay open. Besides that, the repairs were Grade A - top notch. And the customer service was even better!

I asked if they would fix my windshield wiper fluid jet things while it was in the shop and I would pay out of pocket for it. He agreed but didn't do it. He didn't charge me, so I'm not that upset but was hoping it would be fixed. Also, gave my car back with way less gas than it had in it and alerts that I need an oil change. I'm not sure if it's standard to ask me if I wanted an oil change to add on. But I would've paid that extra too, because as soon as I got in it alerted me that I need an oil change.
