I asked if they would fix my windshield wiper fluid jet things while it was in the shop and I would pay out of pocket for it. He agreed but didn't do it. He didn't charge me, so I'm not that upset but was hoping it would be fixed. Also, gave my car back with way less gas than it had in it and alerts that I need an oil change. I'm not sure if it's standard to ask me if I wanted an oil change to add on. But I would've paid that extra too, because as soon as I got in it alerted me that I need an oil change.

The bumper repair was perfect. Your shop even repaired our damaged air dam on the front of the suburban which wasn’t on the list of repairs. Your office staff was easy to work with and kind. The repair was done in a timely manner. We also enjoyed having the car cleaned up before we received it back. This will forever be the place we take our vehicles to be repaired if needed and the place we refer everyone to! Thank you for the amazing work and true panhandle kindness!

The repair took 2 days and also I had to wait over a month to even get my car into their shop. They stated that the windshield would be done early afternoon but I was not able to pick it up until late afternoon the following day.
