The insurance company wants you to use their knockoff people and if you do, you are making a mistake. You need to go to the professionals and American Auto Body is professional in their craftsmanship, communication, and negotiating skills. They handled everything.

They did a fantastic job from beginning to end. They took all of the hassle out of working with the insurance company and handled everything perfectly. The work was flawless and they completed the work 3 days earlier than anticipated and also, detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up. They handled all issues with the rental car company and made the entire process flawless. They are super courteous and kind and Miguel answered multiple questions from me. Turns out I didn't even have to ask those because they handled absolutely everything. The work was perfect

Like I said, they returned all phone calls, handled all arrangements with the insurance company and the rental car company and communicated perfectly.

I noticed that my truck is painted a slightly different white color than the original. I would have liked to know that only parts of my truck would be painted a different color because now the truck has 2 different color whites
