The staff was very courteous and coordinated with the rental car service. Everyone was polite. They did miss a spot on my trunk . It needs to be buffed out or something. My husband called about it. They said we can come in and they can take care of it quickly. However we live an hour away so it really isn't quite that simple for me I'm sorry to say. If I could do it on a kind of stop by basis, say if I'm in the area, that would be just wonderful. Thank you very much. Sheila

My car was repaired quickly and beautifully. I was kept updated on the progress that all steps. They worked with my insurance company and with the car rental company so it was quite easy for me. I really appreciated that my car was done ahead of schedule and the entire process was done so efficiently and made soeasy for me.
