An awesome experience..nice people...very profesional..from the person behind the desk to the awesome adjuster..to the people that worked on my car..to the owner who helped clean my car when I picked it up..they explained everything in detail..my car looks great...I now hope the AAA will now recommend this place first to everyone in the West Palm and the Royal Palm area..well done..great people..great service..

Great! Very positive experience with American Auto ! Staff was great and very helpful! My car looks better than it did pre accident. They know what they are doing both mechanically and in the office. They handled the insurance side beautifully and made a stressful situation very low stress! Very pleased with the results. If I ever need any car work done they will be the first place I go!

Everyone was friendly and professional. Had the repairs to the body completed in 3 days. Can’t even tell the left rear quarter panel was damaged. I would definitely use them again if needed.
