The staff was polite and the repair was completed on time. However, I was disappointed with the overall quality of the work. There was no final quality inspection before my vehicle was returned, and I found issues that should have been addressed before delivery, including paint overspray and a misaligned bumper. I also had to contact the shop myself for updates during the repair. For a repair of this cost, I expected better workmanship, attention to detail, and quality control.

I also noticed that the paint color does not match perfectly. For a repair that cost over $6,000, I expected much better quality control, workmanship, and attention to detail. Overall, the job was acceptable, but it did not meet my expectations.
