My Experience

Nick, my Caliber Team concierge. He kept me informed the entire repair journey! And Michelle, the front desk receptionist. She is a recent hire and is going an awesome job. I ask her if she had added a diffuser because the place smelled amazingly clean. No she said, just a deep cleaning to get the place smelling fresh again, and boy did it ever. Awesome job Team Caliber Napa! Thank you!

The process was easiest could be and all the folks at Calver were freaking awesome and kept me informed as to what was going on and when it was gonna be done and it turned out, they’re so good. They finished it three days early.
