Once upon a time (2014) I was too an estimater (Collision Advisor) for a subsidiary company of BMW of SF. So Im all too familiar with the processes and what to expect. So im not very easily suprised. I got the privilege to have Chad over see my repairs. He was very streamlined and clear about what he needs to do and what you can expect. From start to finish the phases of my repair were done with the most efficiency and transparency. From the start I did not have any doubts about the process. Chad and the repair team did a stellar job. I received my truck back as if nothing ever happened. The quality of the repair appears high end but time will tell. And I was assured the quality of work comes with a warranty. All and all great work team! Thank you for getting back in my truck.

Chad was so kind , professional, very thorough in explaining things in a way that a regular person who has no idea on cars was able to understand and comprehend. The repair went smoothly and fast. I brought it in yesterday morning and got it done by the afternoon. The lady that gave a ride also who works at the front desk is super pleasant as well.
