I am still confused about what has happened with my vehicle and how long it took to supposedly fix it . Now my vehicle is still not fixed.

My vehicle took longer than expected with minimal communication. It doesn’t feel the same as it did before the accident . I also didn’t receive much information from Travelers Insurance either.

The vehicle has mechanical problems and it also does not drive like it did before. Communication was minimal. This vehicle is unsafe to drive.
