I was completely satisfied with the service I received. Bud, Jean, and Omar were incredibly professional and friendly during each interaction I had with them. The communication regarding my car status, price, updates about parts, orders, and other labor via text was extremely convenient and helpful - not once was I confused or unaware of what was happening with my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was met with not only my vehicle repaired, but also washed and vacuumed inside. This gesture went above and beyond my expectations and honestly made my day. Although this repair was through an insurance claim of the driver who collided into my car, if I ever had to receive repairs again, I’d choose Alioto’s Auto Body shop again. To take it a step further, I’d also recommend this body shop to friends and family who are in need of these services.
