The technicians at Crash Champions performed a fantastic restoration on a 27 year-old Ford Explorer with a badly damaged rear liftgate. They located a replacement liftgate at an auto wrecker that wasn't exactly in the best condition and completely restored it to a liftgate that is virtually brand new, in appearance and function. It wasn't the easiest job to source and perform, but the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail, exceeded my expectations. Crash Champions will definitely be my choice when it comes time to freshening up my 2018 F150.

My vehicle received skilled and quality service and is now back to its previous condition, which is pretty darn good, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They took care of me when I needed help and provided a comfortable experience throughout the process.

Customer service was great. The first call I made was answered quickly and I was able to schedule an estimate appointment right away. When I arrived, I found the front desk and waiting area to be clean and comfortable. I was helped right away and my car was reviewed quickly and I was provided a ride. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process and provided me with a feeling of confidence in a time of stress. Communication with all employees was friendly and professional throughout the process. I believe I interacted with at least four employees and found them all to possess the same degree of knowledge and professionalism, so as far as customer service is concerned, they provide quality service in all areas.

Donald and his team are outstanding … four stars… they took what was a nightmare from another local repair shop that I was directed to that was a total disaster and Donald turned the nightmare into a wonderful experience. I will be instructing my auto insurance company to put them at the top of the recommended list of repair shops. Donald is a can do person and did exactly what he said he would do.
