⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Crash Champions! They did an amazing job repairing my car, and I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out. I especially appreciated how well they communicated throughout the entire process. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs, and when it looked like the estimated completion date might be pushed back, they were proactive about helping me with the possibility of extending my rental car if needed. Thankfully, my car ended up being ready sooner than expected, and when I picked it up, it looked great! I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they had cleaned and detailed the inside of my car. That was such a nice extra touch and definitely appreciated. Great workmanship, excellent communication, and wonderful customer service. I would absolutely recommend Crash Champions!

At the time of releasing my vehicle to crash champion there wasn't any sign of being welcomed there. There was a lack of interest toward me when I entered the body shop. Upon picking up my vehicle , there were dings left on my car then needed immediate attention. I don't recommend this shop for body repairs.

An excellent and seamless client experience all around! Jorge and Gabby at the Vallejo location were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the duration of my vehicle’s repair. The team had consistent and thoughtful communication throughout and went above and beyond to support me with accessing information for a rental complication, ensuring I had access to ride share/carpool as a courtesy service when I was unable to obtain my rental. Overall, I could not recommend a better repair center that is professional and proficient, all while expressing a warm and welcoming tone towards all their customers! Jorge, Gabby, and the team here have been awesome and have made something as vehicle repairs, which usually feels like a stressful ordeal, into very enjoyable and smooth experience!
