Excellent responsive & friendly service. One of a few Recommend by State Farm and within a few miles from my house. Miguel worked with State Farm to pickup car from my house, tow to shop and replace stolen Exhaust System on my Toyota Prius while I was out of town. Quick service without stress with excellent communication, I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I would give a 0 if that was an option. I will never recommend this collection center nor will I ever use them for any future needs.

Lack of communication. Used after market car pieces and without notify customer. Didn't shoe car to customer untill after customer paid deductible. After inspection of the vehicle customer came to find out repairs were not done completely. Collision shop blaming the insurance and insurance blaming the Collision shop. Very , very unsatisfied with their work, communication and customer service. Horrible experience, always undermining customer and challenging and doubting everything the customer had to say.
