This was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a body shop. Brian and his crew from American collision were very professional and stayed in contact with us as all the repair repairs were being done to the vehicle. From start to finish Brian Patton and his crew at American Collision were just great to work with, answered all the questions and updated us as the work was being done on my vehicle. Very professional from the start and took the time to walk around the vehicle to make sure that everything was taken care of correctly. The repairs were perfect! Highly impressed and satisfied! The vehicle looks like the collision never happened. I only rated this category a 9 instead of a 10 because we had to do a little bit of additional glass clean up after the repairs. But, it was very fine glass in hard to reach places. This minor issue will not prevent me from using them again or highly recommending them to others! Great work!

Timliness: 6 days to complete my repair (that other shops said was too difficult). Courtesy: friendly, willing to explain, rides to and from my home as needed. Excellent workmanship, fairly priced. Worked well with my insurance company. Top marks all around! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

These guys were all great. Good connection. Very thorough with the estimate. Because my car was older, they let me know that they were waiting for the parts. Newer parts would have been easy to get. When I picked up the car, they were great in telling me how I can fix the bumper, and that is on my wish list to do.
