I had 2 problems: 1-The drivers side seat belt wouldn't pull out nor retract. 2-The outside mirror know was push to the right so I couldn't adjust the mirrors. Both were fixed the next day.

The shop did great! They kept me up to speed on the repairs and the expected time on when my vehicle would be ready. They were able to deliver my vehicle back to me 2 days earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions if you want your vehicle looking like new and repaired correctly.

I had a great experience with Crash Champions. The day started off poorly, due to being in an accident. Once I arrived at Crash Champions, my day started getting better immediately. They assured me that they would do their best to get my vehicle fixed properly and back to me in a timely manner. They helped me navigate dealing with my insurance company and even arranged a rental car for me. They were able to beat the deadline on when my vehicle would be fixed and ready for pick up. If I ever have another accident, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Could not ask for better!! Not only did you finish sooner than expected, you saved my Buc-ee sticker on my back window and you flattened my tag and tag cover!! So much more than expected!! 20/10 stars!!!! My car looks amazing!!!
