I appreciate that it only took 4 days from the time I dropped off my vehicle to having it back a day before leaving out of town. My car is back to brand new! I can't even tell I had any hail damage to my car! Thank you to Brittany and ashley for giving updates about my vehicle was also appreciated. I give crash champions a 10 out of 10! Thank you so much!

I appreciate the attention to detail and willingness to fix an imperfection that I found as I was inspecting my car upon pick up. Very few businesses anymore seem to truly care if the customer satisfied, and I did feel like you really cared and were willing to address my concerns.

When I originally went to pick up my car, I found a small defect in the paint job. They were willing to take it back and repaint the bumper in order to ensure I was satisfied with the end result.

Brittney & Joseph were my points of contact for two separate vehicles (‘24 Nissan Rogue & ‘25 Hyundai Elantra). Our cars had been ravaged by a renegade hailstorm. Hoods, trunks, windshields, and roofs all had to be replaced. They basically had to reskin annd repaint our vehicles. Both came back to us looking phenomenal. It’s also reassuring to know that the work is guaranteed and backed by the shop. Huge thanks to Bennett and the entire East Kellog team! Crash Champions is and always will be our go-to collision repair shop, because they always exceed expectations.

No problem with the repairs. The problem lies with the preliminary estimate given as: 7,141.16 grand total. The day picking up the vehicle, I was presented with a different figure: 8,928.63. No explanation, no prior notice, no apology, just here you go. Pay the bill. Take your vehicle. What kind of business is this? Not my kind of business.
