This new bumper does not seem it was put on correctly as it is not flush with the car. The old bumper had a rear bumper protecter and the new one did not come with one, so I'm not sure why this was not convered as well.

Freaking fantastic service they did amazing job on my vehicle. My rep contacted me all the time kept me updated which I love. I can’t stand companies that do not communicate. The repair was on a door only and it doesn't perfectly match the color of the rest of the car. The interior was left extremely dirty (floors were dirty and interior was very dusty). In addition, there were new damages to my car.
