I brought my 2023 Ford Bronco Sport into the dealership after hitting a deer on the road. The damage was significant, but the body shop team handled everything professionally from start to finish. Scott was my main contact and was fantastic throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on the timeline, explained the repairs clearly, and was very responsive whenever I had questions. The communication was excellent — no surprises, just clear and honest updates. The quality of the work speaks for itself. The body repairs look factory-perfect — paint matching is flawless, panels are aligned beautifully, and everything functions exactly as it did before the accident. You’d never know the truck was ever damaged. They paid great attention to detail and clearly take pride in their work. I’m extremely satisfied with both the results and the overall experience. Work was pretty straight forward done acceptably was good color match.

Color match was good. 2 weeks was a little long. I’m worried about the suspension damage still handles different. The representative was good
