My Experience

My car was total loss from the accident on August 27 2026, but Shawn was honest and gave me a head up that it probably wiuld be totaled so I was shocked and had time to adjust and prepare if that's what the Adjuster decided. So when the progressive insurance Adjuster came and it be came and the team officially said it waas a total loss I was ready and prepared. Thank you Shawn.

The moment you enter, you are greeted by a very friendly female, and everyone wants to help you and get you in and out of there efficiently. I never felt ignored or unhappy.
