When I called for an update, I was told the car might actually be finished earlier than expected, so I was a little disappointed when I called back later in the week and learned there were still outstanding parts and it would take longer. The other area that was a little frustrating was trying to get a call back. A couple of times when I called, I was told the person I needed to speak with wasn’t available. The first time, I waited about four hours and ended up calling back myself. The second time, I still hadn’t received a call after a full 24 hours. I completely understand that people get busy, but even a quick call or update would have bee"

I didn't ask them to do anything interior or to clean the car in general, but they did anyway. That portion of the service was unexpected, and I do wish that I'd had a heads-up, but the car now looks brand new. I can't be too mad about that. They gave frequent updates throughout the process and worked with my insurance very well. Repair looks great and you can't even tell that there was real damage."
