Chuck was a good communicator, but it still took a month to fix a couple scratches, I understand the first bumper came in defective. Job ended up looking great although I did have to back once as lens cover was loose

I’m use to body shops discounting the deductible to retain business so more than likely I would go with a different shop who value me as a customer

Car looks good. I’m very satisfied. My issue is not with you all but with the insurance company for having me to pay $1000 deductible when the other driver was at fault. I’m glad to have my car back. You all did a great job. Car looks as if it was never wrecked and runs better than it did prior to. I would refer you hands down and thanks again for a job well done.
