My Lexus looked as good as new. Quite a bit of time was spent but was worth it. I had initially rented a vehicle with the expectation that it would take 3 weeks. It required an extra week and a half and they took over the rental for the last week. An excellent gesture. I would go back again .

The work on the car was perfect. I only said no because of the time frame on getting it done. I feel a mild fender bender shouldn't of taken 5 weeks to get done. That's my opinion.

Carstar did excellent work. But the lack of communication up front is my primary reason for this rating. Generally, a good experience work wise… just give the client a call please.
