When I called to schedule my Challenger to have the repairs done, I was greeted very politely and was explained the whole process. Now being my car has had a bad experience with repairs and my car being pretty much drag raced by last shop, I was ensured my car would be taken care of. I am a one on one person, I don’t like talking to 50 people then get the run around. Paige treated me with professional from the day I called. She ensured me she would keep me updated. Paige ensured my car was fixed to its original (including OEM original parts) state. I was told from the beginning I could track my progress through a link. I did. The day I dropped my car off I was told when it could be picked up. I actually picked it up early! I didn’t get all nervous like I did before. Paige was the only one I talked with. I even had her fix a few things besides what was damaged! I paid for of course. All in all I amazed at the professionalism, respect and such an easy process to go through. Would I recommend them? Heck yes! Over and over again! Thank you Paige and crew for giving us a wonderful stress free repair!

Excellent experience! My estimate and ETA were provided via text. They kept me in the loop the entire process. When I picked up my beautiful baby, it was fixed perfectly. They washed it and the interior was spotless. I didn't expect that! Paige was very courteous and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend!
