We recently referred by our insurance company to American Eagle Body Shop. Not knowing of another body shop and having been informed that were a preferred facility we decided to use them for the repair work that was needed to have the vehicle in good order again. Upon arriving there we met with Julio who gave us a repair estimate and he was upfront informing us if additional damage that was incurred couldn’t be gauged initially, without removing the panels, it could run higher. Insurance authorized the work and rental vehicle for the duration. During the entire time the vehicle was in the shop Julio provided almost daily updates. Letting us know if the repair work was on schedule or if it was delayed to untimely delivery of a needed part, etc. American Eagle Body Shop was always courteous and forthcoming and responded to phone calls and messages promptly. Most of all they were upfront and one felt they were being dealt with honestly. The workmanship was of quality and they were willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I would have no trouble referring them to family and friends.

The price went up from $1200.00 to $4200.00 without showing us any evidence of more damage. I feel they took advantage of us and our auto insurance. Will not recommend
