Depends if they are going through insurance or not. I had taken my car to the shop a few months ago to see what the cost to repair would be and I was told the whole bumper would have to be replaced as the "wrinkle" dent could not be fixed. Yet when it was under insurance the comment was "it's always better to keep the factory bumper" and we can fix that dent. Not trustworthy if I am an I dependent customer paying cash.
