I’m very pleased with the quality of service at Anderson’s Body Shop. The repair work looks exquisite, truly top-notch. Everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. I also appreciated that my car was washed afterward—it was a thoughtful touch that made me feel really good. I’m grateful for the care and attention shown and would highly recommend them.

Customer Service was great, except that I was told it would probably take Monday through Friday to do the work. I didn’t hear from anyone on Friday. I had a rental car that the insurance company was paying for, for as long as was needed (so that wasn’t the issue), but I could have had plans to go out of town after getting my car back on Friday. When I didn’t hear anything after the weekend, I think I called on Tuesday to check. Ultimately, I think I picked it up on Thursday. It worked out, but a phone call on Friday (or at any point) would have been respectful of my time. I should not have had to call in to find out what was happening. In addition, my car continues to smell, totally toxic from the paint. I’m not able to leave the windows down at night because I park outside and it’s been raining. It seems to me there should be a way that Anderson could alleviate some of that smell. Isn’t there any kind of product that could hang on the rearview mirror and absorb some of of it? Perhaps not. But some instruction on what to do myself or some warning would have been appreciated. That all said, I’m very happy with the results of the work, and when in the office and talking on the phone, the men there were extremely professional and nice. All of that was a great experience. I will definitely recommend the place to any friends.
