I had no updates on when or why my car was held for 4 months, When i got the car back in november my battery was dead The insurance ajust never called with updates i had to keep calling to get answers. Now on the other hand Ms.Melva Pittman was the only helpful person Again my car was in your shop from July 22, 2025 to November 21, 2025
