My vehicle was struck by a county truck which damaged the entire front of my only company van I use for my mobile detailing business. General Collision was able to help me from beginning to end. They assisted in guiding me through the claims process, worked with Balt. Co. Claims to ensure everything that required repairing was covered, then going above & beyond when restoring my vehicle back to where it was before this incident occurred. The amazing group of people not only fixed the damage area of my van but went the extra mile by bringing my headlights back to light, touching up some small chips on my hood, detailed the interior/exterior of my vehicle & the most amazing part is that they did ALL of this as a courtesy without me even asking!! The fantastic customer service allowed me to continue with my daily routine of work/family because General Collision employees did ALL the leg work when it came to discussing repairs with the insurance company, updating my rental, updating me at every step of the way & ultimately advocating fiercely for me + my vehicle ensuring ALL loss damage was covered as I was struggling with handling the insurance company on my own.. however, when I found the team at General Collision a sense of relief came over me knowing they were not only going to restore my vehicle but by going above & beyond when taking over 98% of the contact/conversations with the insurance carrier utilizing their highly skilled + experienced staff to turn a stressful, confusing & incredibly important situation into a very well executed, professional while also personalized experience!
