My Experience

I was very satisfied with my experience at Caliber Collision. Tracy at the front desk was helpful and compassionate in all communications, at the office and on the phone. Jason and the others who worked on my car were excellent and skillful. The repair was done quickly and neatly. This was my first time using Caliber, and I would be happy to use them for future needs.

Thanks Caliber. The repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time. I was able to easily rent a vehicle at a nearby car rental place and drop it off at their location upon completion of my truck. The experience was very seamless from drop-off to pickup.

In my experience of car repairs it was definitely a more seamless process than it could have been.

Repair Quality

Overall repairs were good but definitely not to the quality it was beforehand. Wrapping around door does not cover entirety of window frame. You can see the color of the previous car the door was pulled from. Some dings on new panel used for replacement and spray foam like substance stuck to bottom of door.

Customer Service

Updates were sufficient but always had to call them in order to get one. Unsure of if that is the standard.
