I'm satisfied, but i'm still seeing something. With the bumper is not always attached to the truck, so i'm not understanding. If that's supposed to be like that, I can't remember.

Service advisor was late when I dropped off and was not there when I picked up. The young lady who showed me the car when I picked up was very nice and professional. I also had some complementary state fair tickets missing.

The repairs look adequate but there are two issues with it. Fender Flare and the bumper are not fully attached as there is a gap. Also the rear tailgate cover is not attached. Caliber Columbia acknowledged the two issues and since they sent the Raptor to Randalstown MD location, they want me now to handle it with Randalstown location? This should have been checked and Quality Assured and it clearly was not done as these two very obvious issues exist after the repair.
