The front desk staff was really awesome. They explained how things go with insurance claims. The mechanic was really good about letting me know what was going on. They got the car done a little bit sooner than I thought they would which made my trip get cut short but I was happy to have my car back finally. He explained everything that was going on at every step. Will use them again. I was kind of disappointed that they didn't clean my car like they did with my son's when he use them for an insurance claim earlier this year.
