I felt left out of the loop and the experiance could of been alot shorter if I understood what was asked of me i had oked the repairs with caliber didn't know I would with the dealership my car was sent to also. I spoke with caliber like 3 times through out the whole experiance may of been some confusion but atleast the repair is done and my car works again.
