I just wanted to thank everybody on the team at caliber collision in Glenbernie Maryland off of Crane Highway. They did amazing job fixing my 2011 Lexus IS 250 C. They are awesome company. They got my car in and out within a reasonable amount of time, and my favorite part is everything that they do to your car along the way they tell you they notify you every step of the way they give you an expected pick up date however, that did change one time which was no big deal because my only concern was to get my car fixed and get it back the way it was before somebody hit me and they successfully did that everybody there Was very professional and held up their end of the deal. I wanna give a big thank you to everybody who is involved in fixing my car.

I had to be way more involved than I should have had to. I had to tell them to replace the diffuser that was destroyed and they said they could fix it. I saw they removed my badges for paint and I called to ensure the badges would be the correct black Supra badges for the Final Edition. I got a call later saying the car was done but they got the wrong badges AFTER I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE BADGES! On top of that I walked a little over an hour to get over 10ft from my car and see orange peel, a painted diffuser with the wrong paint AND it was still damaged and I was promised a pre-accident OEM finish from the insurance of the guy who hit me. On top of that there were pinholes and pits in the paint. Plus there was black sticky stuff smeared on my left taillight. Floyd seemed surprised when I said I wouldn't take it. I sent an email explaining my expectations and the general manager, Avery tried to make excuses while asking me to change my reviews. I'm not going to change my reviews or be told I'm mad I was hit when I'm upset I had to wait for my car to be worked on only to see sub-par quality and not even have the right badges. They've since fixed it but they didnt get the rubber seals around the sensors right - I had to fix that myself.
