The only thing I will mention is getting my car from enterprise. When I went to pick it up, they said I was 2 hours late for my appointment at 9. They had to check to see if they had a car for me.. I didn't know I had an appt at 9 with enterprise. I knew I had an appt at Caliber at 9 am and i was there at 9. I had to wait for at least 45 mins at enterprise to see if they would have a car. My ride there also had to wait in case they had no car. They finally had a car, thank goodness. At least when I returned the rental I could just take it to Caliber when I picked up my fixed car

I am so very pleased with the staff and work at Caliber Collision Bloomsbury location. They are very professional and I was impressed as I watched them interact and come together to do their jobs as a whole team. Thank you for the phenomenal! Repair work to my car. Excellent! work by all involved from the bodywork to the repairing of the rims. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

In just ONE WEEK they had my car looking so good. The paint matched perfectly, the bodywork is flawless, and you would never know she had been through all that drama. The staff kept me updated, were friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free.
