Tom was really great with keeping me updated with my vehicle. As well as his warm greeting from begin to the end. David from enterprise rental was great as well. I'm really glad I listen to his sales pitch on purchasing extra coverage on my vehicle. Another young man working with David on Wednesday who was in training did a nice didn't even know he was training until the end. Tonisha the young lady at the desk needs to work on her ppl skills a little more. She wasn't rude but she was customer friendly either.

My car is still rattling, when I start the car it makes a noise & then it kicks in. My air conditioner is not working on all four numbers. My C D player is also not working properly. All of which were working before the collision. Not satisfied at all Disappointed Customer

Your claims adjustors are not very friendly. They talk to me in an abrupt,curt manner. Like they really didnt wanna answer any of my questions.

Updates about my car were pretty frequent in the beginning but became scarce towards the end and a few times I had to call for the status of my car on the dates it was thought to be done.
