The repair itself was good. However when my car went in, no one called me with the status or an update about my car. Once two to three weeks went by I had to call Anderson and left a message for Creed about me wanting an update on my car. Creed did call me back and she ask me if she called me about my car. I told her no. She apologized and told me my car would be ready on June 18th.

When I took my car in for repairs on I may 18, I had a full tank of gas when my car was returned to me I had a quarter tank of gas. When I brought this to Melvina or Melvina , I don’t remember the correct pronunciation of her name, stated well they only drove it up there for repairs, (whatever that means), no one took it for a joy ride. Which was very unprofessional. I’ve taken my car to Anderson before for repairs with no complaints, but when Vreed didn’t know if she called me with an update on my car, the quarter tank of gas, and the comment that Melvia or Melva made about the gas I will never bring my car to Anderson again!.

My main concern is the quality assurance, but appreciate how nice and helpful Melva and David were.

My car’s trunk flooded after original repair. Did not receive paperwork on secondary repair of back gate after I requested it. Final repair was good: no water leak and the car looks excellent where it had been damaged.

Melva and David - 10; they were very friendly and patient when I was extremely upset Cree- 6: questioned my credibility when I mentioned my car was wet, which as a customer I didn’t like. She was respectful on the phone though.

The repair took longer than expected but there was a lot of damage. The staff was very pleasant every time I spoke with them, especially Melva and Cree.
