My car was clean as a whistle, I thought they took my apple car play off my car. I took it back, long story short. I had it plug in the wrong charger. It was two of them trying, I felt so bad. I thank them so much for their hard work.

I recieved a call to say my car was ready for pick up at 4:30 pm. I rushed to pick it up but, realized the time. I knew they close at 5:00 pm. The traffic was heavy due to rush hour. I realizing I might not make it. I called the shop, I was asked to hold, then told someone would wait until I arrived. Upon my arrival Melva (who was very very caring) my keys were given to me and I was told my truck was on the lot. I was given the report to show what repairs were done. Asked did I have any questions. I responded not at this time. Once I got in my car, it was not locked. When I arrive home the vehicle would not lock. The vehicle was also not aligned. I called Cree (the person in charge of the repair) left her a message about my concerns. I returned to Anderson body shop the next day. To let them know my concerns. I waited for 2 1/2 hours. To be told the wrong mirror was placed on the truck, the aligned was corrected (while I was waiting).The truck was raised up higher then it should have been. That was not addressed. I would have bring the truck in on Monday. I have to leave my car unlocked until Monday. I was charged 1 day for the rental after being told I would not be charged. They didn't check to ensure my vehicle repaired correctly. I need a refund for one day I was charged for the rental. Usually Anderson does a great job but, this is not acceptable. I need these issue addressed.
