Anderson had our car for almost 2 months and missed several deadlines for completing the repair that they set for themselves. We were working through insurance and ended up having to use rideshare/public transport for 2 weeks after our 45-day covered rental ran out.

I was involved in a accident and called anderson at the accident scene and Melva answered the phone..she was excellent from the moment she answered the phone that day..until my car was repaired..She comforted me ans assured me that we would take care of Entire situation ..although it was a traumatic situation (the accident) Melva has to be the most caring ,kind ,considerate and professional person I have ever experienced in my life..She was so sincerely a blessing throughout the whole process.. I commend her and J.D and those who's names I don't know that repaired SUV..

All the collision damage was fixed so that you cannot tell an accident occurred. Melva was wonderful through the whole process!
