The repair itself was great. The overall experience was not. It took over 2 months to complete the repair, most of which seemed like back and forth with the insurance company. I specifically asked if I could just come in for a quote and then keep the car until parts were in and everything was ready to do the actual work. The answer is no because the vehicle needed tore apart as part of the inspection. I drove by 3-4 weeks after I dropped it off and it was still sitting untouched in the parking lot. Once parts were in it was still another month for repairs.

Did not have a repair, but a detail of car. They even touched up [paint spots that were chipped. I did take along touch up paint I had from a previous collision repair they did. Andersons has always done a nice job when I previously used them.
