They set up a rental for me but didn’t offer to give me a ride to go get it. I almost got run over trying to cross the street at the busiest traffic time of the day on foot with a bad knee.

Just because of lack of communication but i had my old car there for repairs an there was great communication but that was like 3 years ago but this time around I wasn't impressed on how bad the commucation is

Lack of communication, I always had to call an get an update on my car . An was told they told statefarm an waiting for go but never commucated with me. An great they got a hold of state farm but I owe the car an should've been updated

My concern was with the paint run by the door crease

Body work was very good and paint matched well with one apparent run along door crease. Red is difficult to match to the rest of the vehicle with out noticing that it was repaired. Curing time might remedy this
