I have to say that you guys really went above and beyond my expectations! The car looks great! I expected to just have to paint scrape on my bumper repaired, as well as the quarter panel, but you guys painted and refinished the whole thing! Thank you for your excellent service!

Nice body work, but car was returned and rear passenger door does not open from inside the car and now car has to be returned to be fixed

After contacting the shop relating our problem of the rear door not being able to be opened from inside, no offer to send service to pick up or fix car at their expense. the vehicle was at the shop for 2 weeks, which we thought was extreme. the very least, an offer could be given to remedy the problem on their time
