I would call and they were to call me back and never did. I had to always call back. This happened three times.

There's no need to contact me. My car was in your shop for almost a month when it was promised to be 10 days or so. I ended up paying quite a bit of money for insurance on a rental car. I was usually the one calling asking for updates on my car when it should be the other way around. So, unless there is a way to compensate me monetarily, it's not necessary to contact me. Thank you.

The repairs were excellent. The repaired area was better than new! Very friendly service, and the car was cleaned inside and out before it was returned. That was a nice touch, in addition to the great service.
