My name is Amanda Lokkeberg ( registered under Teresa Smith) and I brought in my Red GMC Terrain for repair after someone hit at work. This shop was one mentioned by the other persons insurance among a couple other ones and I chose this one due to location with it being between home and my job. The estimate went really quick, Amy and Jason were both friendly and helpful, with Amy even going above and beyond to explain to me how to go about the rental at Enterprise. The day I dropped it off for the repairs, I was running late from work and Jason stayed there until I could arrive, which was around 5:10pm and they closed at 5pm, even going as far as reassuring me to not feel bad and that they were there to make sure I'm taken care of. Then through the process of the repairs, I received updates along with pictures and the time they told me it would take to complete the work, they were spot on. The whole process was so easy and if I ever needed work done again, I would absolutely choose them, and have told family that I would highly recommend them. They were wonderful people, who created a flawless experience and did phenomenal work. Thank you!
